September 15th CANARY CHALLENGE CLINIC- RIDING SKILLS

10am Woodside Town Hall

This 3-hour clinic will help prepare you to train for the up coming CanaryChallenge.com ride. The clinic will have a ratio of 5 riders to one elite level coach. This clinic we will cover skills for experienced riders and the newcomers the fundamentals. You will learn about balance and weight distribution and how that affects your ability to ride your bike safely and confidently. We will include basic drills such as emergency stops, and how to look behind you while holding your line, how tosteer, and counter-steer. You’ll learn draft theory and basic paceline, beginning with partner work and progressing to more complex group riding skills.

Minimum of 8 Participants- Max of 12

Cost $95: Cash or checks payable to “Liza Coaching”

What to Bring: Your bike, helmet, warm and cold weather clothes, 2 fullwater bottles, energy food and a great attitude!
